Improve Your Game: Hitting a One-Handed Backhand
The biggest difference you'll notice when hitting a one-handed backhand is that you're making contact with the ball further in front of your body than when you're hitting a forehand. The reason? Your hitting shoulder is further forward since your body is rotated with this shoulder closest to the net.
