Improve your game: The 10-minute warm-up
Ten shots, one minute each. Take the time to do this drill before you play and you'll be ready for action.
The 10-minute warm-up is broken up as follows:
1: Mini-tennis
2: Baseline, up the middle
3: Down the line (Tip: Focus on your outside shot.)
4: Switch!
5: Crosscourt (Tip: Focus on your outside shot.)
6: Switch!
7: Groundstrokes to volley
8: Switch!
9: Serve, return, next shot
10: Switch!
