IMPROVE YOUR GAME: COURT POSITIONING
This drill is called "Ready, Rally and Recover." It involves returning to your home base spot in the middle of the baseline after every shot to help you be prepared for the next shot. It's suitable for beginner and intermediate players and helps improve your court positioning.
