Mid-Atlantic
Junior Player Scholarship

The Junior Player Scholarship Program is available to help defray costs associated with learning, training, and competing in tennis so that more young people can participate in tennis no matter their background, income, or zip code. Scholarships increase access to youth programs and their character-building benefits for those who might not otherwise have the opportunity. Players at any level of the sport - beginner, intermediate, and advanced - are eligible and Section Ranking is not a requirement.

USTA Mid-Atlantic is a 2020 Project Play Champion in recognition for restructuring and expanding the Junior Player Scholarship program to young players at all levels, especially those with financial need, so they can pursue tennis and gain the healthy, lifelong benefits of the sport.

The 2025 Junior Scholarship application is now OPEN! The application deadline is May 31, 2025.
